Rishi tells Lakshmi that he has brought medicine for Ayush and hands it to the nurse. Lakshmi assures Rishi not to worry and says that good things happen to good people. Meanwhile, Neelam thinks to herself that once Lakshmi leaves Rishi, she can fulfill her promise to Malishka.
Neelam asks Rishi about Malishka’s whereabouts. Rishi says he doesn’t know. Neelam insists that he search for her immediately. She tells Rishi that Malishka is pregnant, and if she sees him with Lakshmi, she might feel upset. Rishi, though confused, agrees and leaves to look for Malishka.
Malishka’s Confrontation
Malishka questions Garimacharya about her words. Garimacharya firmly replies that she is simply answering her. The two get into an argument, and Malishka warns that she will file a case against her. Garimacharya remains unfazed and tells Malishka that she has lied to Neelam. She then reveals that Malishka is two and a half months pregnant.
Rishi searches for Malishka but cannot find her. Checking the location on his phone, he realizes Malishka is not at the hospital. Without wasting time, he sets off to find her.
Family Concerns
Neelam meets Karishma, who is worried about Ayush’s condition. Karishma asks about Rishi, and Neelam informs her that he is out searching for Malishka. Neelam reassures Karishma that Ayush will be fine because Lakshmi has donated blood for him. Karishma then expresses her disapproval of Shalu becoming Ayush’s wife, but Neelam shuts down the conversation, saying this is not the right place to discuss such matters.
Meanwhile, Garimacharya explains that as a former midwife, she can tell if a woman is pregnant just by feeling her pulse. Karishma continues to worry for Ayush, and Neelam tries to console her. Lakshmi advises Shalu to go and comfort Karishma, and she agrees.
Malishka’s Threats
Malishka warns Garimacharya not to interfere in her matters. Garimacharya, in return, tells her that if she continues speaking nonsense, she will face severe consequences. Malishka refuses to back down and insults Garimacharya. Enraged, Garimacharya closes her eyes and begins chanting. Kiran, seeing the situation worsening, begs Garimacharya not to punish Malishka. Malishka then insults Kiran for pleading on her behalf. Kiran, frustrated, forcefully drags Malishka away.
Jaya tells Garimacharya that she had warned them, but they did not listen. In response, Garimacharya slaps Jaya. Malishka, angry and confused, questions Kiran about why Garimacharya did not inform Neelam about Lakshmi’s pregnancy despite having her phone number.
Garimacharya, now furious, scolds Jaya and orders her to leave the ashram immediately.
Rishi Finds Malishka
Rishi finally finds Malishka and Kiran. Before Malishka can react, Kiran urgently calls out Rishi’s name to alert her.
